I know there is a tornado warning, and I know that the weather is a little more crazy than usual.

But why does this give everyone the green light to go insane?

Don't get me wrong. I'm not mad. Their behavior is so entertaining I don't necessarily want it to stop. I just don't understand the panic.

Can someone explain it to me?
